At Mindful Clinic, we understand that children and teenagers face unique emotional and behavioural challenges — from anxiety and low confidence to sleep difficulties and navigating life changes. Our sessions for younger clients are tailored to their age and developmental stage, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive space to build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Led by Dr Sharon Bateman, a psychologist with a PhD and a Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) — our integrative approach blends evidence-based techniques with warmth, empathy, and practical strategies. Sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and focused on positive change without dwelling on problems.
We offer in-person sessions in our peaceful Wiltshire countryside office or online for families who prefer support from the comfort of their own home. Parents are involved throughout the process to ensure consistent and lasting progress.
