I’m Dr Sharon Bateman, a therapist with a doctorate in psychology. My work is informed by both clinical practice and research exploring the relationship between mental health and physical symptoms, particularly in people experiencing anxiety and chronic pain. I help adults, children, and adolescents overcome mental health challenges and make real, lasting changes.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, low mood, chronic pain, IBS, sleep issues, disordered eating, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to build on your strengths and give you the tools to feel confident, balanced, and in control.
Sessions at the Wiltshire Clinic or online are tailored to you, blending evidence-based psychology with the practical tools of hypnotherapy. You can choose in-person appointments at my peaceful Wiltshire office or online therapy from anywhere.
